In addition to direct student support, I collaborate with educators, parents, and partners to design and implement initiatives that enhance student success. I analyze performance data, gather feedback, and refine strategies to create impactful programs that address diverse learning styles and challenges, ensuring every student has the tools they need to excel.

As the Student Success Manager at EDUCATE, my primary focus is supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals. I work closely with students to identify their unique needs, provide resources, and develop tailored success plans. By fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, I ensure that every student feels empowered and equipped to thrive.

Background
I earned my High School Diploma from Pueblo South High School and an Associate of Arts from Pueblo Community College. I am working on my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and School Counseling.
I started working with EDUCATE in July of 2016.
I love working with the staff and families of this incredible organization. Helping people recognize their educational opportunities and understand how education can shape their future is something I am truly passionate about.
My family inspires me to do what I do and to love as I do. The educator who inspired me the most was my mom, Mary Jo Bollinger. She dedicated herself to her work while raising two kids on her own. She is an amazing woman.
