Paper and pencil 

Yes, you read that correctly! Even though your coursework is online, you may need to jot down notes, work out an equation, or create a sketch. Studies show that students retain information best by physically writing out notes. Writing out math problems helps you to keep track to avoid mistakes and also provides you with procedural notes for studying. To avoid wasting paper, you can substitute a dry erase board or chalkboard. Just remember to take a quick photo before erasing!

Earbuds or headphones
